ORIGINAL PRODUCT / FRONT STRUCTURE NO.00191
01

Four Vertical Wire Display Tiers

Four merchandise positions are arranged one above another within the slim upright frame. The open front allows access to the intended bottled products.

02

Wire Tray Floors

Each tier uses a metal wire support surface rather than a solid steel shelf panel. Bottle dimensions and contact points should be checked for stable placement.

03

Front and Side Retaining Rails

Raised wire members define the edges of the display trays. Their actual height and spacing must suit the bottle size and approved arrangement.

04

Slim Black Upright Frame

Narrow metal supports hold the trays vertically within an open structure. The final frame construction and load requirements must be confirmed for production.

05

Raised Sign Support & Base

The top includes an elevated frame with horizontal bars. The bottom uses a flat floor-support base, without visible caster wheels in the original photographs.

BRANDED RETAIL PRESENTATION

More Than a Bottle Rack.
A Space for Your Brand.

The original factory sample includes vertical printed ALTAR artwork on one side of the display. This shows how a bottle merchandising fixture can combine physical product presentation with customer-specific promotional graphics.

BRAND & PRODUCT / TOGETHER

Give the Product
a Brand Context.

A dedicated side graphic provides an area for visual identity, product storytelling and approved promotional artwork. The actual sample uses ALTAR-branded graphics.

01

Vertical Printed Side Panel

The angled factory image shows a printed panel alongside the display trays. Customer-specific artwork, dimensions and the printing method can be reviewed for the final project.

02

Elevated Top Sign Frame

Two horizontal black bars are visible above the merchandise display area. The original photographs do not show a completed graphic panel or illuminated light box installed there. Signage design and inclusion should be confirmed.

03

Coordinated Black Metal Finish

The photographed structure uses a black metal frame, wire trays and floor base. This creates a consistent supporting appearance around the custom side graphic.

04

OEM Artwork for Retail Programs

Brands and retailers can provide their own approved logo and graphic requirements. Panel dimensions, print layout and attachment details should match the approved fixture design.

BOTTLE MERCHANDISING CONSIDERATIONS

Match the Display
to the Bottle.

A display designed for bottled products must consider more than the shelf count. Bottle dimensions, product weight, packaging stability and the merchandising quantity all influence the appropriate wire tray configuration.

DISPLAY PLANNING / 01

Bottle Dimensions & Fit

Supply the bottle height, diameter or cross-section, base dimensions and cap profile. These details help assess tray depth, vertical clearance and suitable product placement. Bottles must sit securely on the approved wire support surface.

DISPLAY PLANNING / 02

Front Retention & Stability

Raised front wire rails define the product-facing edges of the trays. Their height and geometry should suit the actual bottles and expected customer interaction. The pictured rack should not be assumed to include automatic gravity feeding.

DISPLAY PLANNING / 03

Quantity & Product Weight

Define the number of bottles per tier and the filled weight of each unit. The combined load determines the required wire specification, supporting frame and base stability. Capacity must be verified for the selected design.

Product compatibility: The original photographs show the display fixture without bottles loaded in the wire trays. Intended bottle applications and loading arrangements must be validated before production.
B2B RETAIL APPLICATIONS

A Focused Fixture
for Bottled Merchandise.

The vertical wire display concept may be considered for different categories of packaged bottles. The exact application depends on product dimensions, material compatibility and the approved load specification.

01

Bottled Beverages

Suitable sealed beverages can be evaluated for organized display across multiple wire tray levels. Bottle shape, filled weight and shelf clearance must be reviewed for a stable merchandising arrangement.

02

Sauces & Condiments

The format can be discussed for compatible bottled sauces, dressings, condiments and specialty food products. Product hygiene, packaging stability and suitable shelf support should be considered.

03

Personal Care Products

Some bottled shampoos, lotions and personal care products may be suitable for a customized wire display format. Tray clearance, package shape and intended stocking quantity require confirmation.

04

Brand Promotional Displays

The branded side panel and elevated top structure make the design relevant to promotional programs for bottled products. Graphic production, sign inclusion and final fixture dimensions should be agreed separately.
