Display Wine.
Organize Bottles.
One Smart Fixture.

The HEDA Wine Retail Store Wire Display Fixture combines an upper horizontal bottle display rack with a lower partitioned wire basket, supported by a black rounded steel frame. The top rack presents wine bottles lying horizontally along an open wire support, while the lower divided basket provides a separate compartmentalized storage and display area. TWO-ZONE WINE MERCHANDISING

A Horizontal Bottle Rack
Above a Divided Wire Basket.

Rather than using identical shelves from top to bottom, No.00189 has two structurally different merchandise areas. Each area can be planned around a specific display function and the intended bottle dimensions.

DISPLAY ZONE / 01

Upper Horizontal
Wine Bottle Rack

The upper section consists of a single inclined metal wire support with regularly spaced wire members. The original photographs show two wine bottles lying horizontally across this section. The open design allows the bottle shapes and labels to remain visible while they rest on the wire structure. The example bottles illustrate the display concept; their number does not establish the fixture's capacity.

DISPLAY ZONE / 02

Lower Partitioned
Wire Storage Basket

Beneath the horizontal wine rack is a deep open-top wire basket divided internally by vertical metal partitions. This creates a series of individual sections instead of one completely open bin. The compartments can be evaluated for suitable bottled goods or compatible packaged merchandise according to their dimensions, weight and stability. The factory photos show this lower basket without products loaded.

Compartments and Support Frame.

The official front-view factory photograph clearly shows the upper bottle support rods, the black side frames, the lower wire basket grid and the internal vertical partitions. These details distinguish No.00189 from standard flat-shelf wine displays.

01

Rounded Tubular Steel Side Frames

The fixture uses two upright black metal side frames with rounded top corners. These side members support the upper rack and lower basket.

02

Upper Horizontal Bottle Supports

Metal wire bars extend across the upper frame to create bottle resting positions. The wire geometry and spacing must suit the intended bottle shape.

03

Inclined Upper Display Surface

The upper wire display has a sloping profile visible in the angled photograph. The product is not shown with any automatic gravity-feed mechanism.

04

Compartmentalized Lower Basket

A rectangular metal wire basket extends between the side frames. Internal dividers separate the lower section into narrower compartments.

05

Cross Supports & Floor Feet

Side connection members secure the wire basket to the frame. The black legs terminate in small floor support feet. No wheels are visible on the original product.

BOTTLE FIT & DISPLAY REQUIREMENTS

Make the Rack Fit
the Bottle Collection.

When developing a wine display fixture, bottle dimensions, product weight and merchandising orientation are important inputs. The finished rack must be suitable for the bottles and display method selected by the customer.

REQUIREMENT / 01

Bottle Diameter & Length

Provide the bottle diameter, overall length, body shape and neck profile. The upper wire support layout should match the actual contact points and support requirements of the bottle. Different bottle designs should be checked individually.

REQUIREMENT / 02

Lower Basket Compartments

Define which products will be placed in the lower wire basket. The internal compartment width, basket depth and opening size must suit the selected merchandise. Products should be securely supported and remain stable during access.

REQUIREMENT / 03

Product Quantity & Load

Confirm the filled weight of the bottles, the planned quantity in the upper rack and the loading of the lower basket. The combined merchandise weight determines the required wire, frame and connection strength. The final capacity must be technically verified.

Display reference: Two sample wine bottles appear on the upper support in the factory photography. They are display props, not a confirmed included accessory or an official capacity specification. The lower wire basket is shown empty.
RETAIL MERCHANDISING APPLICATIONS

A Focused Display
for Wine Retail Projects.

The combination of horizontal bottle support and a divided lower wire basket provides a useful concept for specialized beverage merchandising. Product stability, appropriate loading and retail space should always be confirmed before use.

01

Wine Retail Shops

The upper horizontal display may be used to present compatible wine bottles as part of a dedicated in-store display. The lower compartmented section can be planned for suitable accompanying inventory or merchandise.

02

Beverage Retail Sections

The freestanding display format can be considered for designated beverage areas in retail stores. Suitable bottle dimensions, retail circulation and floor stability should be assessed as part of the project.

03

Specialty Product Presentation

The upper wire display can emphasize selected packaged bottles, while the lower compartments provide additional merchandise organization. Actual bottle positioning and capacity should be defined in the final layout.

04

Custom-Branded Retail Programs

Brand owners, distributors and retailers may discuss project-specific fixture dimensions, colors and display arrangements. Any added branding, signage or promotional elements would require separate design approval.
