HEDA / IRON + WOOD RETAIL FIXTURES PRODUCT MODEL / SGS03
Modular Iron & Wood Display System
NO.SGS03 / SUPERMARKET & GROCERY STORE SHELVING

Supermarket Grocery Store Wooden Display Rack Natural Wood Appeal. Practical Steel Framing.

HEDA SGS03 is an iron-and-wood retail display shelving collection combining wood-grain shelving surfaces with metal support frames. The original product gallery includes multiple configurations, from open-frame supermarket gondolas to connected shelving runs with decorative metal-grid end sections. Different frame colors, panel finishes, shelf arrangements and selected accessory options make SGS03 a versatile reference for grocery stores, supermarkets and retail display projects.

Wood-Look Merchandising

Wood-grain shelf and panel surfaces create a warmer retail appearance.

Open Metal Framework

Rectangular steel frames and vertical supports define the visible structure.

Different Display Layouts

Straight shelving, end displays and selected hook-based arrangements.

01 / Original Product Configurations

One product family. Different wood tones and frame details.

The SGS03 gallery contains several different steel-and-wood arrangements. The photographs should be understood as reference configurations rather than one fixed product supplied with every accessory.

Connected Oak Shelving With Grid Ends

A continuous multi-bay display with light wood-grain shelves and black metal uprights. Decorative open metal-grid panels are visible on the outer ends, with additional narrow display shelves in the end sections.

Dark Wood-Grain Steel-Frame Gondola

A darker brown wood-style finish creates a different visual character while retaining black metal structural frames. This original image shows both broad display shelves and decorative open-grid side elements.

Light Oak & White Steel Frame

The original gallery also shows a pale wood-grain arrangement with white metal perimeter frames and shelving supports. This demonstrates an alternative visual direction without changing the product's steel-and-wood design concept.

Configuration Note: SGS03 includes different appearance and construction references within one product page. Black and white frame versions, decorative grids, shelf extensions and special accessories are not necessarily interchangeable or included in the same standard order. Confirm the selected design by referring to the corresponding product photograph and approved technical drawing.
02 / Structural Design

Steel supports paired with warm wood-style shelves.

Unlike all-metal gondolas, the original SGS03 designs combine visible rectangular metal framing with wood-grain display surfaces. Frame geometry, backing, shelf supports and end details vary across the illustrated configurations.

Steel + Wood Architecture

A practical combination of structure and finish.

The black metal framework defines the supporting geometry, while wood-grain panels and shelves provide the principal merchandise display surfaces. The original SGS03 gallery shows several construction approaches, including panel-backed shelves, open rectangular frames and separate end-display components.

02 Flat wood-grain merchandise shelf surfaces and panels.
03 Bracket-supported shelf arrangements in selected designs.
04 Alternative end components and side-facing shelves.
03 / Merchandising Options

Display on shelves. Add hanging fixtures where appropriate.

The manufacturer gallery illustrates steel-and-wood systems with different merchandise-facing structures. The selected fixture must match the product category, shelf requirements and compatible accessory fittings.

Shelf-Based Merchandising

Flat wood-style shelves create horizontal display areas for suitable packaged groceries, household products and general merchandise. The photographed design uses an open black metal outer structure with continuous wood-look surfaces. Shelf quantity, depth, panel material and rated loading should be specified for the final configuration.

Mixed Shelf & Hanging Display

Another SGS03 gallery image shows a display arrangement combining wooden shelves with rows of projecting metal hanging hooks. This configuration can be considered for merchandise requiring both shelf placement and compatible hanging presentation. Hook length, mounting arrangement, grid construction, quantity and permissible loading must be confirmed.

04 / Original Size Illustration

Plan the fixture around your available retail space.

The SGS03 gallery contains an original dimensional illustration of one black-frame, wood-shelf configuration. The values shown relate to this pictured example and should not be treated as standard dimensions for every SGS03 variation.

Illustrated Dimensions

The manufacturer diagram identifies four dimensions for the illustrated steel-and-wood shelf arrangement. The vertical dimension is marked 130 cm, and one longitudinal section is marked 100 cm. Two additional measurements, 60 cm and 30 cm, are indicated around the end structure.

30 cm Additional measurement shown

Important: The 60 cm and 30 cm annotations must be checked against the supplier's detailed drawing before interpreting them as shelf depth, overall depth or a component offset. This illustration is an example, not a universal SGS03 dimensional specification.

05 / Retail Applications

A coordinated look for grocery and lifestyle retail.

SGS03 combines the visual warmth of wood-grain surfaces with the defined lines of metal frames. This appearance can suit retail interiors where store operators want merchandise shelving that coordinates with natural wood-style interior finishes. HEDA identifies supermarkets, grocery stores, convenience stores and general retail environments as applications for this product family.

Supermarkets & Grocery Stores

Select suitable shelf depths and load ratings for packaged groceries and everyday merchandise.

Convenience & Variety Stores

Coordinate compact shelving runs, display directions and selected end merchandising areas.

Specialty & Lifestyle Retail

Discuss wood-grain finishes, metal frame colors and appropriate display arrangements for the intended product assortment.

06 / Manufacturer Technical Reference

Published shelving series specifications.

The original SGS03 product listing publishes four shelving specification series: 50, 60, 70 and 80. These reference values should be checked against the actual steel-and-wood design selected from the product gallery.

Technical Specification Clarification: The table reproduces series values published on the official SGS03 product page. These figures must not be interpreted as a complete verified specification for every steel-and-wood shelving design illustrated in the manufacturer gallery. In particular, the published upright, backplane and laminate thickness entries do not establish the thickness or material specification of the wooden shelves, decorative wood-grain panels or rectangular outer frames visible in every photograph. The published load-bearing figures do not provide complete test conditions, load distribution rules or independent ratings for the end-grid shelves and hook accessories. Buyers must confirm applicable material grades, steel profiles, panel substrates, support design, safe working loads, rack stability and complete dimensions for the selected SGS03 configuration.
07 / Custom Retail Fixture Manufacturing

Configure the wood finish, metal frame and display layout.

HEDA states that product specifications, sizes, colors and finishes can be customized. For SGS03, the selected product photograph should be used as the starting point for defining the final construction, materials and accessories.

01 / Wood-Grain Finish

Choose the preferred light-oak, darker wood-grain or other approved appearance. Confirm the actual panel substrate, thickness, surface finish and edge construction.

02 / Metal Frame Color

The SGS03 gallery includes black and white metal-frame arrangements. Confirm the chosen structural profiles, steel specifications, finish and connections.

03 / Shelf Configuration

Specify the number of levels, usable shelf dimensions, vertical spacing and overall rack size. The layout should match the merchandise and verified loading.

04 / End Display Options

Discuss open rectangular end frames, decorative lattice panels, short end shelves and appropriate support components. Confirm the complete end-unit configuration.

05 / Hook Accessories

The manufacturer gallery includes a mixed shelf-and-hook display. Hook quantity, mounting pattern, length and load rating must be matched to the actual fixture.

06 / Store Layout & Assembly

HEDA can discuss retail floor plans, customized shelving arrangements and installation requirements. Confirm module joining, stability, packing and assembly instructions.

08 / Project & Purchasing Guide

Turn the preferred design into a clear production specification.

The SGS03 collection includes multiple visually different steel-and-wood fixtures. To receive an accurate quotation, buyers should identify the exact reference design, dimensions, materials, accessories and intended loads. A retail floor plan can support the planning of main shelving runs and end merchandising areas.

Important Purchasing Advice: Confirm whether the requested solution is a double-facing gondola, a single-sided wall arrangement or a mixed shelf-and-hook display. These configurations may require different supporting structures and bills of materials.
