PEGBOARD WITH WIRE BASKET MODEL / PDS04
TWO DISPLAY FUNCTIONS

Hanging Display Above.
Open Basket Below.

Not every hardware product is best presented in the same way. This stand combines a vertical pegboard display area with a projecting wire basket to support two different merchandise presentation methods within one fixture.

DISPLAY FUNCTION / 01

Pegboard Hanging Display

The black back panel features rows of regularly arranged round perforations. When fitted with confirmed compatible hooks, the pegboard can be used to organize packaged hardware, tools and related retail accessories across the vertical display face.

DISPLAY FUNCTION / 02

Open Wire Basket Display

The rectangular wire basket projects forward from the pegboard at a convenient intermediate height. Its open-top construction provides a dedicated merchandise compartment for suitable products that are better presented in a basket than on hanging hooks.

ACTUAL PRODUCT DETAIL

A Wire Basket
That Adds Another
Display Dimension.

The wire basket is a defining feature of this display stand. Unlike a conventional flat shelf, the basket has visible front, side and bottom wire sections that form an open merchandise compartment. The close-up product photograph shows the basket and its connection to the upright display structure.

01

Open Wire Construction

Metal wire sections form the basket walls and base, keeping the compartment visually open.

02

Projecting Basket Position

The basket extends forward from the vertical pegboard instead of sitting on the lower floor base.

03

Side Support Connection

The original photograph shows a solid side support connecting the basket to the stand's display structure.

PRODUCT CONSTRUCTION

One Freestanding Fixture.
Clearly Defined Components.

The front-view factory photograph shows the complete layout of PDS04: a curved upper header, tall black perforated panel, centrally positioned wire basket and lower open display base.

Front view of the real HEDA PDS04 tool display stand showing a plain curved top header, black round-hole pegboard, single wire basket and open lower metal base
01

Curved Upper Header

A curved top section finishes the stand above the perforated display panels. It provides a defined upper area for discussing project-specific branding.

02

Round-Hole Pegboard

The black display panels feature repeated round perforations arranged across the vertical merchandising surface. The actual hole pattern should be used to confirm compatible accessories.

03

Single Wire Basket

The photographed configuration contains one open rectangular basket attached to the front of the pegboard. Additional basket positions should not be assumed without project confirmation.

04

Open Lower Base

The stand incorporates a floor-level base with an open upper surface and raised front edge. This is a separate lower display area rather than an enclosed cabinet.

RETAIL MERCHANDISING

A Practical Display for
Different Hardware Products.

The combination of pegboard and basket merchandising can help hardware retailers organize products with different packaging and display requirements. Accessory compatibility and merchandise loads must be assessed for each project.

APPLICATION / 01

Packaged Hardware & Tools

When suitable hooks are specified, the pegboard area can present compatible packaged hardware and hand tools in clearly organized product groups. Vertical merchandising helps customers identify products without relying entirely on stacked shelves.

APPLICATION / 02

Basket-Suited Merchandise

The wire basket offers an alternative display position for appropriate packaged accessories and products that do not require individual hanging hooks. The open compartment allows customers to see and reach the displayed items.

APPLICATION / 03

Mixed Product Categories

Retailers can plan separate merchandising zones across the pegboard, basket and lower base. This makes the stand relevant to hardware store projects requiring several different product presentation methods.

OEM & PROJECT OPTIONS

Configure the Stand
Around Your
Merchandise.

HEDA provides project customization options for hardware display equipment, including dimensions, color, branding and accessories. The original PDS04 configuration should remain the reference when selecting its pegboard, wire basket and supporting structure.

PRODUCT STRUCTURE NOTE

The product listing also mentions alternative backboards, including slatwall, gridwall and wire-back options. These require separate structural confirmation and should not be represented as identical to the photographed round-hole pegboard model.

01

Display Dimensions

Provide your preferred stand height, width and depth for review against the proposed retail space and product presentation requirements.

02

Wire Basket Requirements

Confirm the merchandise intended for the basket, product dimensions, expected loads and required basket arrangement before finalizing the structure.

03

Hooks & Display Accessories

Select compatible hooks and accessories based on the actual pegboard hole pattern and merchandise packaging. The manufacturer's accessory range should be reviewed for the selected configuration.

04

Color & Brand Presentation

Share your preferred finish, brand artwork and upper-header requirements for evaluation as part of the project design.

05

Packing & Shipment

The original product information lists detachable construction and carton packing options. Actual component packaging and shipping arrangements should be confirmed according to the final order.
