Actual Product Construction

Look Beyond the Finish. Examine the Connections.

A shelving system is defined by more than its appearance. The original HEDA product photographs show the upright connection openings, steel beam-end connector and bolted frame bracing used in this configuration.

Connection Study / 01

Upright & Beam-End Connection

The photographed upright includes a series of connection openings. A shaped steel beam-end plate engages with compatible positions on the upright. The connection geometry shown here belongs to this actual shelving configuration and should not be substituted with another rack model.

Formed Steel Beam-End Plate

Structural compatibility: Upright hole patterns, beam-end connectors, steel components and bracing arrangements must follow the approved shelving specification. Load capacity cannot be determined from a connection photograph alone.
Steel Frame Design

A Complete Frame. Not Just Individual Shelves.

This storage system combines steel uprights, horizontal supporting members and diagonal side-frame bracing to form an assembled warehouse shelving unit.

01

Upright Frame Construction

Vertical steel columns provide the framework for horizontal shelf positions and supporting components.

02

Horizontal & Diagonal Bracing

Bracing connects the upright frame elements and forms part of the complete structural assembly.

03

Steel Shelf Surfaces

The photographed shelving system features metal storage surfaces supported by steel structural components.

04

Light-Colored Surface Finish

The coordinated finish provides a uniform appearance across uprights, beams and shelf panels.

Practical Storage Benefits

Designed Around Everyday Warehouse Requirements

Effective shelving should support clear organization, efficient use of available space and a configuration appropriate for the stored goods.

01 / ACCESSIBILITY

Open Shelf-Level Access

Accessible shelf fronts allow suitable cartons, components and packaged goods to be placed and retrieved directly. Shelf clearances can be selected according to the stored inventory.

02 / CONFIGURATION

Adjustable Storage Layout

Multiple levels help organize goods vertically. Rack height, depth, length and storage positions can be evaluated together for the required warehouse layout.

03 / INSTALLATION

Knock-Down Construction

The listed knock-down structure is designed for shipment as separate components and subsequent assembly. Installation should follow the instructions supplied for the selected rack system.

Product Specification

Flexible Dimensions. Verified Load Design.

HEDA SHELVES offers several size options for this white steel storage system. The final rack configuration should be selected according to the dimensions, weight and distribution of the intended goods.

Important load information: The listed 300–800 kg per level is a range of available product configurations. It does not mean that every rack size or beam arrangement is suitable for an 800 kg load. Final allowable loads must be confirmed for the approved design.

A Practical Choice for Organized Non-Palletized Storage

Customized white steel shelving can support a range of inventory storage activities, provided the rack configuration matches the weight and dimensions of the goods.

APPLICATION / 01

Warehouse Cartons & General Inventory

Organize cartons, boxed goods and suitable packaged inventory across defined shelf positions. Shelf spacing can be planned around carton sizes and handling needs.

APPLICATION / 02

Industrial Spare Parts & Components

Provide accessible storage locations for components, maintenance supplies and replacement parts. Appropriate loading specifications must be confirmed for the stored items.

APPLICATION / 03

Factory Stockrooms & Workshop Supplies

Create organized shelf positions for tool cases, consumables and suitable workshop inventory. Rack dimensions should allow appropriate working access and storage clearances.

Customized Warehouse Storage

Specify the Shelving Your Operation Actually Needs

A useful shelving proposal starts with the goods being stored rather than choosing rack dimensions without considering actual load and handling requirements.

01

Identify the item types, dimensions, quantities and maximum weight required per shelf level. These details help establish the basic storage configuration.

02

Select Rack Dimensions

Review the required rack length, depth, height and number of storage levels alongside your available warehouse space.

03

Confirm the Final Configuration

Discuss the suitable steel components, finish, rack quantity, delivery requirements and optional accessories with HEDA SHELVES.

Helpful Project Information

Warehouse floor plan, item measurements, required loading and estimated rack quantities.

Custom Finish Options

The featured design uses a light-colored steel finish. Other RAL colors can be discussed according to your project.
