Q1: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
A: We are a manufacturer. Our factory has been specializing in warehouse racks, supermarket shelves, and kinds of display stands since 2001.

Q2: Where is your factory? Can I visit?
A: Our factory is located in Foshan, Guangdong. You are warmly welcome to visit whenever you are available.

Q3: Are samples available?
A: Yes, samples are available at any time. We charge some sample costs and will return them during the next order.

Q4: Could you produce according to the customer's design?
A: Sure, we have very rich experience in customizing shelves.
Floor plan / 3D drawing can be provided by HEDA engineers.

Q5: Could I order products in a special size and color?
A: Of course. Custom-size requests are always welcome.

Q6: Do you produce shelves with different kinds of materials?
A: Yes, our products are mainly made of metal but we also produce accessory shelves or displays with wood, titanium alloy, acrylic, glass, etc.

Q7: What is your delivery time?
A: In general, within 15 days. It also depends on the order quantity and shelving design.

Q8: What is the term of payment?
A: Payment terms: 30% of the deposit upon signing the PI, and the balance will be cleared by T/T before delivery.

Q9: How can I deliver my goods?
A: 1)Sea Freight: we will update sea freight once we know your sea port where goods will be delivered
2)Agent Designated By Client: please tell us the contact detail of your shipping agent and we will arrange to deliver the items

Q10: What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
A: 10 sets, we would say a good quantity comes with a good price

Q11: How can I get your quick quote?
A: Since different customers and projects have different requirements for product size and specifications, in general, we need to know the following information to quickly quote:

For Storage Racking
1)The item stored;
2)To be stored in individual boxes or on pallets,
the unit weight;
the dimension: Length*width*height
3) boxes or pallets per level and
total levels of rack you need
4)The space for the storage racking
There will be perfect if a floor plan is provided:)
5)Are any accessories required?
Like wire/metal/wood deck, safety bars and shims
For Display Shelving
1)The selling space of your retail store

2)The product you need to display/ loading capacity

Q12: How could I install the racks?
A: A step-by-step installation drawing guide will be provided for each type of shelf and rack. Whether in the design, production, or after-sales stage, our experienced professionals will carry you all the way through the process.

Q13: What is the manner of packing?
A: Generally, shelves are flat packed by air bubble film/ film in standard export cartons. Other packings like wooden boxes are available to meet clients' requirements.

Q14: What are the main rack and add-on rack?
A: The difference between these two kinds of racks is upright. The main rack is the start rack with 2 uprights and the add-on rack is the continue rack with only 1 upright. For example, if there are 15 wall racks against the wall, the structure will be 1 main rack+ 14 add-on racks.
