Following the 9 key steps of shelf production, today I will share the 4 necessary materials required in the shelf production process.
1. Common steel
Cold rolled steel is steel produced by cold rolling. Cold rolling is a steel sheet in which the steel sheet is further thinned to a target thickness at room temperature. Compared with hot-rolled steel sheet, cold-rolled steel sheet has more precise thickness, smooth and beautiful surface, and also has various superior mechanical properties, especially in terms of processability. Because cold-rolled raw coils are relatively brittle and hard, and are not suitable for processing, cold-rolled steel sheets are usually required to be annealed, pickled and surface smoothed before being delivered to customers. The maximum thickness of cold-rolled steel plate is below 0.1--8.0MM, and the thickness of cold-rolled steel plate in most factories is below 4.5MM; the minimum thickness and width are determined according to the equipment capacity and market demand of each factory.

3. Acrylic material/glass material
Acrylic materials are commonly used with supermarket shelves, such as supermarket shelf partitions, baffles, boxes and so on. Commonly used in cashier countertops, laminates, and solid wood shelf partitions!
4. pvc material
The most common places to use are the light boxes, stalls, spacers, price bars and other places on the shelf.
