What is Push-back Racking System?
Push-back rack, also known as push-in rack, the principle is that the goods are placed on the trolley on the inclined track, and the self-weight of the goods is used to access. The depth of the shelves should not exceed 4. When the goods are not stored, the trolleys on each layer can automatically slide down and superimpose on the front end of each cargo space.
This type of shelf belongs to the semi-automatic shelf system, which is higher than the ordinary beam-type shelf in terms of space utilization and access efficiency, which greatly improves the operation efficiency of the warehouse.
Features of push-back racking system:
1. Low operating costs due to excellent space optimization.
2. Immediate and simple inflow/outflow.
3. It can shorten the picking time and does not require special handling equipment.
4. Suitable solutions for warehouses with high inventory turnover and fast turnover.
